How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Sign in to your MaxOnCards account (or create one), then fill in the wholesale application: your business, where you sell and how to reach you. We read every application ourselves and email you, and once you're approved the wholesale shop opens on your account.
Do I need a VAT number?
No. The VAT number on the application is optional.
When can I see wholesale prices?
As soon as your account is approved: every line's wholesale price is open to you in the wholesale shop, with an RRP beside it so you can see your margin.
What can I buy wholesale?
Trading cards from Pokémon, One Piece and a long list of other games, plus Board Games, Plushies, Models & Figures, Toys, Binders, Card Sleeves, Deck Boxes, Storage Boxes, Funko and Mario. The list on this page shows everything in stock right now.
Do you sell Japanese, Korean and Chinese Pokémon wholesale?
Yes. Pokémon in Japanese, Korean and Chinese is on our wholesale list, right alongside English.
Is there a minimum order?
There's no minimum order value, and lines sell by the unit, so a single box is a fine first order. If a line ever has a minimum, the wholesale shop shows it.
Are there volume breaks?
Yes, on selected lines: buy more and the unit price drops. The shop shows each break and your invoice applies it automatically.
Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Every order comes with a VAT invoice from MAXONCARDS LTD, VAT no. 489306649, in your inbox as you order. Any VAT Margin Scheme lines are marked on it.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against your invoice, using the invoice number as the reference, or choose collection and pay when you pick up.
How does delivery work?
We send wholesale orders Royal Mail Tracked 24, anywhere in the UK, free on orders over £350.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Collect from 12 Portabello Close, Spalding PE11 1ZA, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
