When will my order be dispatched?: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays may take longer.Delivery information
How do I track my parcel?: Every order is tracked. When your order is dispatched, we email you a link to follow your parcel.
Will I pay import fees or VAT on top?: No. There are no import fees and VAT is already included in the price. If you're a business, we can provide a VAT invoice.Import fees and VAT in the FAQ
Why are some Japanese boxes not shrink-wrapped?: In Japan, booster boxes are sold both with and without shrink wrap. Either way, we check every box is factory sealed and authentic.Shrink wrap in the FAQ
