There are no import fees and VAT is already included in the price. We are VAT registered, and if you are a business, we can provide a VAT invoice to make your paperwork easier.

We use Stripe for payment transactions, and each transaction has fees. If a customer changes their mind, we never get back the fee paid for the transaction even if we refund the order. This would be a loss for our business.

While larger businesses can often absorb these costs or have lower fees, we have to cover these costs by charging a cancellation fee. This is a standard procedure for many small online shops.

Yes. Choose a binder on our Custom Binder page and upload your own high-resolution drawing or sketch in PNG format. The design needs a very thick black outline only and no background. Some shading is fine, but keep it to a minimum.

This is engraving only, so there will be no colours. Please choose your binder colour so that it complements your artwork. We check every design before it is engraved.

Design your custom binder

Yes. Describe what you would like and pay a £19 artwork deposit, which is non-refundable. We email you a first preview within about 48 hours. You can ask for up to 2 revisions, and each one adds about 48 hours. Once you approve the design, you pay for the binder and the engraving fee. The £19 is not charged again.

Previews are an approximate representation of how your finished engraving will look. There may be slight differences between the preview and the final engraved product.

Start a custom binder

Custom binders take around 3 additional working days to produce before they are dispatched. That is on top of the delivery time you choose at checkout.

If you order other products together with a custom binder, your whole order ships together once the binder is ready, so your other items may be dispatched later than usual.

We will email you with guidance, and you will have 48 hours to upload a new file. If we don't receive a suitable replacement in that time, we cancel the custom binder. We'll refund the binder and the engraving fee minus a 3% cancellation fee. If nothing else in your order is left to ship, delivery is refunded too, minus the same 3%. Anything else in your order ships as normal.

In Japan, it's normal for booster boxes to be sold both with and without shrink wrap, even between businesses. Not all stores keep shrink wrap on, and it's not necessarily about preventing reselling like some English shops do. It's simply how many Japanese stores operate.
